About Millstream Commons
Millstream Commons is a part of Three Links. Throughout Three Links' history since 1899, we have evolved to serve the changing health care needs of the Northfield area community as a non-profit organization. Today, our continuum of care and services are located on three campuses: the Three Links Care Center Campus in Northfield, The Villages of Lonsdale and Millstream Commons Assisted Living in downtown Northfield.
Our services are framed around our mission to create peace of mind for those we serve. Our commitment to our individual residents is evident in our core values of community, accountability, respect and empathy.

We provide housing and home care services to seniors in a vibrant, active location in downtown Northfield.
