Who We Are
We are a diverse group of dedicated staff and volunteers who believe EVERYONE should have access to the health care they need. We have clinic locations in Northfield, Faribault, and Owatonna and serve people living in Rice and Steele Counties.
What We Do
HealthFinders provides quality health care, advocacy and wellness education for people in our community who have limited health care access. Patients are low income (200% of FPL) and either uninsured or covered by public insurance.
