Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Landscaping & Weeding: Clear overgrown weeds, trim bushes, and tend to garden beds across the shelter grounds.
Grounds Maintenance: Sweep walkways, clear outdoor common areas, and assist with general site cleanup.
Debris & Waste Disposal: Bag and properly dispose of yard waste, pulled weeds, and outdoor debris.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Ability to engage in outdoor physical labor (bending, lifting, kneeling).
Comfort using basic gardening tools (gloves and tools provided, though feel free to bring your favorite pair of work gloves!).
Enthusiastic, reliable, and respectful of our community and shelter grounds.
