Our individual clinics include the primary and specialty care clinics in Farmington, Lakeville, Lonsdale and Northfield. In addition, our network includes: Women’s Health Center, Breast Care Center, Orthopedic Clinics in Northfield and Faribault, Northfield Eye Physicians and Surgeons, Cancer Care & Infusion Center, Sleep Center, Rehabilitation Services Clinics, ENT Clinic in Faribault and more.

Northfield Hospital + Clinics is an integrated, independent, nonprofit health care system providing exceptional care for our patients through a full complement of health services.
