From the start of our history since 1899, Three Links has evolved to serve the changing health care needs of the Northfield area community as a non-profit organization. Today, our continuum of care in senior care services is provided on three campuses: the Three Links Campus in Northfield, (Independent living apartments, Adult Day Services, Care Center, Memory Care Cottages, Reflections End-of-Life Care Suites and Respite), Millstream Commons Assisted Living in downtown Northfield and the Villages of Lonsdale in Lonsdale.
